Recipe
Preparation and Recipes Suggestions: Soak the dried baby kelp and vegetables in cold water for 5 minutes. Allow to drain before use.
Soup: Suitable for miso soup, broth, Japanese ramen…etc. Simply add soaked baby kelp and vegetables into the soup and allow to cook for 2 minutes before serving.
Salad: Cook baby kelp and vegetables in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove from stove and allow to cool completely before draining. Add white sesame, vinegar, sesame oil, seasonings. Mix well and serve.
Stir-fry: Sauteed ginger with sesame oil, vinegar, some sugar and pinch of salt (not too much as baby kelp comes with a salty taste). Add in the soaked baby kelp and vegetables. Stir-fry for 2 minutes and serve.
